In all the apartments the owners have sought to re-create a family atmosphere in order to satisfy those guests who wish to enjoy both the quiet of country life and the refinement of an exclusive facility. The structure can host without problem disable people and boasts a private garden of one hectare, large parking lots and a 16 x 8.6-metre swimming pool. The owners have preserved various original features of the apartments such as arches, wooden beams, and all else that confers on the structure an aura of the past, an effort that can be noted both inside and outside the complex, where harmony has also been preserved between the surrounding vegetation and the elegant exterior structure. It is possible to rent the single apartment or the entire complex, which with its 10 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 9 bathrooms can host up to 22 people, or 28 with the use of sofa-beds.
